details: o Must to have: Expert ABAP HR with experience in WD ABAP/Adobe
forms/HCM P&F and Workflow Design, Develop and Test items related to WD
ABAP/Adobe forms/HCM P&F and Workflow in HR ABAP Plan and direct all team
related work activities for the RICEF team Ensure quality of the deliverables
developed and delivered by the team Assist in defining and maintaining the RICEF
inventories Manage the RICEF work from functional design through \'go live\'
Assist in resolving issues regarding RICEF components Participate in transition
of the functional design from the RICEF functional designer Participate in
quality reviews of RICEF designs Provide RICEF status to project management on a
regular basis Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for
the application, including security, integration, performance, and quality
requirements Inform
the project manager of RICEF issues that may affect other areas of the project
Confirm that all deliverables for the team are completed on time, within budget
Communicate and coordinate the team status, activities, risks and issues to the
Project Manager Participate in the quality management process for the project,
and confirm that the application design and related work products satisfy the
requirements Monitor and assist in resolving issues regarding the RICEF team
