Job Description    

Planning, Review and ensure the required Consumables as per the benchmark for the months is made available at WH before 25th of previous month in coordination 
Review inventory holding against consumption across BPs & CRCs /WHs and make a reschedule plan
Raise PO for spares as per monthly requirement of regions 
Communicate dispatch details to area service heads on expected delivery dates and quantity
Review GAP against the indent 
Fulfill all spares requirements 100% consumables before 30th of the month for next month and 100% spares by 10th of the current month
To check and regularize the items inward at warehouse.
To Monitor 1:1 replacement items 
Review consumption of spares against the set bench marks 
Prepare separate PO for defective rectification based on survey reports
Spares supply for defective unit rectification to be fulfilled with 15 days on receipt of indent. 
Monthly critical spares list to be reviewed on monthly basis.
Create Pos for reschedule of spares from other region.
Generate report for Inventory SBU wise.
Monitor the spares stock of supplied items for defective rectification.

Role Purpose;-

The role is located in VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India) Pune within the Project EVO responsible for providing shared services to operating companies throughout the Vodafone group along with central ERP system using SAP applications. The consultant will provide development expertise, solutions and hands on implementation of all HR BW/BI/BO projects. Deliver against the operating procedures thereby enabling HR BW/BI/BO development to operate effectively from VSSI.

Key Accountabilities:-

Analyse business requirements
Preparation of requirement specifications and the development of new management reports to BW/BI/BO frontend including portals
Liaise with Newbury team to secure business approvals prior to development 
Develop and implement technical specifications end to end
Prepare and complete unit & product testing
Support user acceptance testing
Support cut over, deployment and hyper-care
Enable all solutions to operate effectively in BAU 
Work effectively with the UK team and VSSI technical delivery
Provide maintenance and enhancement of reports
Solve data related reporting issues
Follows Vodafone product lifecycle development methodologies and procedures

Role Purpose:-

Liaise with Newbury (UK) team to secure business approvals prior to development

Perform release data load for regression test, dress rehearsal and production cutover
Support cut over, deployment and hyper-care
Enable all solutions to operate effectively in BAU 
Work effectively with the UK team and VISPL technical delivery
Provide maintenance and enhancement of reports
Solve data related reporting issues
Follows Vodafone product lifecycle development methodologies and procedures

Excellent technical know-how and hands on experience in BW/BO
ABAP skills mandatory
Knowledge in SAP finance processes and implementation experience in SAP FI BI

Contributes to workshops via audio and VC with multinational business representatives
