Responsibilities:
Responsible to interact with end customer/BBS, understand the requirement, document Functional Specification (FDD), Map requirement via Customization/Necessary Development, Testing solution via Unit Testing/Functional test/UAT
Should handover-guide-facilitate Development team to deliver requirement/package
Overall responsible delivery of Individual Service / Service package meeting Delivery schedule & agreed SLAs/KPI throughout SDLC from Requirement understanding till Hyper-care support
Should be responsible to do capacity planning for Development/Functional team
Should facilitate weekly/Monthly status meetings and provide client/management oversight of delivery progress for respective modules
Primary skills:
Must have hands-on knowledge of Blueprinting & Configuration in MM areas like master data, purchasing, inventory management, valuation & account assignments. Good communication skill. MM/WM- Addition to above, he should also have WM experience of implementation/ roll-outs or supports.
Technical requirement for \'SAP WM\' MM- SAP MM implementation experience in at least 1-2 projects.
Secondary Skills:
Experience in Pharmaceutical Domain would be preferred
