We are looking for SAP Hybris Consultant for one of our known client In Germany, This position is with our direct end client and they are requiring all applicants to be eligible to work in the Germany.
o Must have hands on experience in Hybris Developement
o Hybris hands on B2B/B2C at least one complete development project experience
o Exposure to WCMS, Commerce, Checkout and Cart, Order Management, User Groups, Product and Catalog management, internationalization, Promotions, scenarios, CSC, Cron Jobs, Impexes etc
o At least one E-Commerce Implementation Project
o Good to Have: Java, Spring and Hibernate Experience.
o Min. 2 years of in depth experience with web based/e-commerce applications on HYBRIS.
o Experience with HTML, JSP/JSF, TagLibs, XML, JavaScript and AJAX
o Familiarity with application frameworks (Spring), build automation (Ant) and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
o Familiarity with Linux operating system
o Extensive knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
o Ability to think critically and solve problems with well thought out solutions
o Problem solving with a high level of self-motivation and initiatives, and you are an excellent team player
o Working knowledge of the Hybris e-Commerce platform.
o Analyze/Provide technical solutions to optimise and improve the existing application functionalities
o Design and implement scalable, highly available and user friendly web components for the existing e-Commerce application using all the necessary development tools
o Follow the company code conventions based on the official Java coding standards as well as software development best practices (Design Patterns, N-Tiers architecture)
o Estimate work efforts required of the Java team for each phase of a project, and 
delivering on time
o Collaborate with the other team members throughout the development lifecycle
o Develop proof-of-concepts (R&D) in collaboration with the architectural team
o Collaborate with business and product owners to translate business requirements into technical requirements
o Mentor junior team members in Java and Object Oriented programming best practices
o Participate in the code review of the developed modules
o Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
