*DUTIES:*
· SAP / EDI integration business analyst with SD module experience
for a new global implementation project.
· Candidate will gather requirements, create integration RICEFs
specifications, perform WEDI setups, and test the solutions.
· Candidate will leverage business process knowledge to develop
Functional specifications for complex business processes for all of B2B
integration documents.
· Elicits Requirements using interviews, document analysis,
requirement workshops and use cases.
· Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, develops
detailed integration RICEF specification by decomposing high level
information.
· Candidate will perform integration testing to insure that new
functionality and enhancements do not adversely affect existing
functionality.
· Responsible to analyze and develop functional/technical
requirements for various business process functional needs and design
solutions for those requirements.
*SKILLS:*
· Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of direct experience in
SAP SD (Sales) design, and experience with multiple new implementation
projects involving integration/interfaces between SAP and other EDI
applications, such as Sterling, using PI.
· Experienced with creation and testing of integration RICEFs
specifications for SD IDOCs (e.g. Orders, Invoices, PO Acknowledgements)
using PI.
· Expert knowledge of various SAP integration methods including
IDOCs, ALE, RFC's, BAPI's, BADI's, PI, BDC's, User Exits, and enhancement
points is required.
· Demonstrated skills and knowledge of B2B integration technologies
including EDI ANSI, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS. Experience in various EDI
transactions like 810, 850,855, 856, 860, 214, 852, 864, 820, 823.
Knowledge of Map Specifications Development. Creation of mapping matrix for
IDOC to EDI fields.
· Candidate must have SD functionality experience such as Order
Management, Pricing, Delivery, Invoicing, IDOCs, Interfaces, Text
Determination, and Output.
· Candidate must have hands on experience in working with WEDI set
ups, communications , OTC document flow processing and work flow.
· Good knowledge of any big Pharma experience or ability to quickly
develop Alcon / Ciba business processes knowledge.
· Must have knowledge of SAP jobs and error processing.
· Knowledge of other SAP core modules is useful. Knowledge of 3rd
party logistics providers, Red Prairie and others OTMs a plus. Knowledge of
ABAP is useful. Understanding of data communication methods such as VAN
AS2, SOAP, FTP,SFTP HTTPS is useful.
· Role requires excellent communication, relationship and
networking skills that would be required to build relationships within the
team and outside the team across Business groups and other IT teams to
develop function requirements.
· Proficiency in MS office and SharePoint; Knowledge of Visio and
Project.

· 4 year college degree in relevant area of study
