Hiring Senior SAP CIS Functional Analyst job opening Cherry Hill, NJ

*Primary Role:*

Works proactively and collaboratively with the Business to analyze
Processes and Data Solutions, including policies and procedures related to
business systems and make recommendations regarding solutions and
improvements.  Works with Business Process & Data Solutions Leadership,
Information Technology, third party vendors and the business community to
define business requirements where technology can improve process and
support advancement in operations, data quality, and analytics.

Requires insight into multiple business processes, supporting technology,
analytics and requires discretion to work with sensitive system data. As
such, this role must effectively blend a core foundation rooted in the
business processes and objectives with a broad understanding of technology
and methodology in order to guide day-to-day operations, initiate and
oversee new projects/enhancements, serve as an Expert Data Steward and
Reporting Steward, and oversee the configuration of master data and role
management activities for their business tower.

Works closely with leadership to pave the way for new initiatives and
mentor/train analysts to ensure integration and performance to team
standards.  Exhibit a high service attitude, be a champion for change and
demonstrate discipline to work with complex processes, find opportunities
and solve problems, and effectively manage work load priorities.

*Key Accountabilities:*

·         Clearly and concisely communicates and interprets technical
information to a broad range of people of varying levels of technical
expertise.

·         Accountable for effective solutions of escalated system,
reporting, data, and configuration issues.

·         Coordinates resources and oversees those activities to assist
with ensuring data integrity, testing of systems changes, and analyzing
data flows to configure Business Systems for optimization, accuracy, and
process improvement.

·         Identifies process improvement opportunities, research
alternatives, and implements the best overall solutions leveraging both new
and existing technology

·         Documents existing processes, identifies and analyzes gaps
between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes,
develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new
process.

·         Collaborates with internal clients to vet master and
transactional data change requests; obtain necessary approvals

·         Mentors and provides training and support to new analysts and
team members

·         Serves as Expert Data Steward

·         Supporting functional and regional/state stewards

·         Executes and promotes adherence to data governance policies and
reporting protocols

·         Initiates added DQ monitoring and continual data integrity in
consultation with functional data stewards.

·         Investigate enterprise data quality issues, and correct problems

·         Serves as Reporting Steward

·         Supporting SME’s and developers to document business requirements

·         Oversee functional designs and works with Backend Support to
complete technical designs

·         Collaborates with department leadership to support and compile
key department metrics.

·         Oversees and/or creates reports and dashboards to measure the
results. Oversees and/or conducts data extraction, compilation, analysis,
and risk assessment to support the department initiatives and continuous
improvements efforts.

·         Reports the findings to department leadership.

·         Participate in special projects and efforts to continuously
improve internal processes.

·         Drive business analysis related activities on projects,
enhancements and initiatives

·         Gathers and documents system requirements from users for software
selection and development projects.

·         Analyzes and documents business processes relevant to systems
projects and improves these processes where appropriate.

·         Develops business process scripts, use cases, etc. used for
configuring software to meet the needs of the user community.

·         Participate in the development and execution of software testing
scripts.

·         Provides input to change management tasks in systems projects
including, but not limited to, communication to key user communities,
providing subject matter expertise, providing training and documentation
where appropriate.

*Skills/Knowledge:*

·         SAP CIS Functional and Application knowledge required

·         Specific configuration knowledge

·         Working knowledge of SAP CIS modules as listed below

·         Broad knowledge of SAP and third party application table
structure and fields

·         Ability to facilitate meetings with small groups of clients and
negotiate with clients to achieve balance between competing needs and
resources.

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively across the organization
– with technical and non-technical professionals.

·         Ability to quickly grasp the complexities of disparate lines of
business and their requirements.

·         Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
