EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration required. Combination of business and technical education is preferred. MBA or masters degree in related discipline is a plus.
- Nteweaver certification
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- SAP technology skill set (Certification with 5-8 year experience as SAP Techno functional / Solution Manager Consultant)
- Minimum 5 Years experience as a Basis consultant or as a Techno Functional consultant
- Minimum 3-4 Years experience as a Solution Manager consultant
(Solution Manager Certified)
- Minimum one or more E2E Certifications
- Responsible for optimization and further development of the customer"s IT solutions
- Experience with different Configurations of Solution Manager 7.1,
- Scenrios exposure including ITSM, ChaRM, Solution Documentation, Template Management, Test Management, Business Process Monitoring Technical Monitoring, Early Watch Alert,Maintenance optimizer setup, SLD configuration, Root cause analysis,
- Enhancements and customer specific customization in the areas of Business Process Monitoring exposure will be an added advantage
- Enhancements and customer specific customization in the areas of Incident and Change and request management exposure will be an added advantage
- Consulting the customer on ALM Processes
- Expertise in Solution Scoping and Estimation.
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and Blueprinting.
- Complete knowledge of Run SAP / E2E Methodology & ALM Processes and RUN Standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, customer focus, ability to handle conflicts, distinct ability to think analytically and make entrepreneurial decisions.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Execute end to end projects on related technical scenarios of ALM
- Define, Degisn the solution architecture of customers
- Work with customers as a key and influential member of their ALM / IT Architecture planning teams to ensure a continuing delivery of outcomes through SAP solution and delivery teams
- Participate in the ALM engagements pre sales cycle to build a customer proposal by defining the objectives, scope, methodology, deliverables, estimates and staffing requirements
- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
- Prior experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations and experience in handling support projects ( ALM Processes)
- Experience in offshore delivery methodology for ALM / Support projects
- Experience in post production support tools and methodologies
