Jobs Description:
Must have experience as a SAP Technical Developer (HR-ABAP, PI, ABAP)
Candidates should have experience working independently with little supervision
Candidates will be responsible for guiding the overall design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code within their area of expertise. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of test plans.
Should be able participate with the design teams, business stakeholders and architecture groups to develop solution roadmaps to support business innovation
Should be responsible for providing technical leadership in area of domain expertise.
Should be responsible for working with the team members to develop standards and best practices for implementing and supporting new development and technologies.
Should be responsible for developing and overseeing the development of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
