§  Responsible for Technical Architecture (BW, BPC, EP, SOLMAN, etc.)

§  Best Practices in Basis, Sizing, Architecture, Deployment, and Integration

§  Experience with Installations/ Upgrades, software updates/ releases, administrative tasks, performance tuning and optimization

§  Effective at detailed planning and coordinating activities between different parties

§  Work closely with customer technical team in issue resolution and trouble shooting

§  Knowledge transfer to customer technical team
