Job Description 

7+ years of experience in SAP HR. Strong experience in SAP HR End to end Implementation experience is must. 

Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite (within India or outside). Must have customer facing experience. Should have the ability to map the HR Business Processes in SAP. 

SAP Experience: 

Minimum 3 years (In consulting), Should have worked on at least four end to end implementations/upgrades. 

Should have implemented various HCM areas like Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Succession & Development, Learning in Success Factors. 
Working module experience - SAP ECC 6.0 is a must. 
Minimum of 1 full cycle implementation of working with Success Factors. 

Domain Experience: Minimum 4 years (no recruiter role / experience). 

Personal attributes/competencies required 
Excellent communication skills - both oral & written - in English 
Right attitude & temperament 

Special knowledge/skills required
