Dear Candidate,

    We have an urgent opening for BPC -Support Analyst

    Requirements:
    * Minimum 4 years" experience working in IT organization
    * 2-4 years working experience with global cross-functional teams
    * A complete understanding of SDLC
    * Hands-on with resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
    * Minimum 2 years" experience as the SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) Architect/developer

    Technical Skills:
    * Create/Enhance Input Schedules using VB/Excel Macros, Resolve Production issues that might be related to but not limited to analyses failure of data loads/incorrect data/script logic etc.,
    * Ability to maintain/support new dimensions, changing member sheet, set admin parameters, Create/Enhance SSIS packages.
    * Extensive experience in Oracle and MS SQL Server databases, OLAP engines, data integrations using ETL tools such as Informatica/SSIS and DTS Packages, reporting, dashboards and scorecards
    * Strong understanding of .net COM+ applications and good understanding of MS IIS is a plus
    * Experience in performing FX Translations, Allocations, Capex/Depreciation/HR calculations such as Payroll taxes, benefit rates, 401K, etc.
    * Strong Advanced SQL programming skills (MDX) for SAP BPC (OutlookSoft) application development is required
    * BPC Microsoft experience preferred.
    * Financial systems knowledge such as Oracle applications including GL, AP, FA, HR and Discoverer preferred
    * Proficiency using Excel and Access required

    Key Skills:
    * Good understanding in Incident, change and problem management
    * Knowledge on tools like Kintana, PPM, SFDC, ticketing systems
    * High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast changing business and organizational environment.
    * Strong problem solving skills so you can quickly narrow down to the root cause of the issue reported.
    * Analyze work load, determine best practices and implement changes to improve productivity
    * Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
    * Strong team player so you leverage each other"s strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams every hour.
    * Proactively contribute to improve the team efficiency by sharing knowledge, providing feedback about best practices, designing tools / utilities etc.
    * Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
    * Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others

    * Have great communication skills especially when working in a remote environment
