SAP CRM functional and technical
Location: Atlanta , GA
Duration: 6 month with renewals
We will give INTERVIEW PREFERENCE to LOCAL candidates first.
We need (1) SAP CRM resource with strong functional and technical knowledge. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Client application support
2. CRM call center (IC) application support
3. User Registration monitoring and issue resolution
4. Middleware monitoring and correcting of errors
5. P07 (MDM) integration with P67 for Customers / Materials
6. P08 integration with P67 for Customers / Materials / Pricing / Customizing objects
7. P18 integration with P67 for Org Structure / Employees
8. P28 integration with P67 for reporting
9. IPC (internet pricing engine) with CRM for sales order pricing
10. MII interface for CRM information on Dashboard
11. Axway integration - Chick-fil-a
12. Verint interface for email routing
13. Avaya CTI interface
14. Post System refresh cutover activities
15. System Validation script execution
16. Siteminder / IDM integration
