Comments pIts difficult to tell its not as easy as setting up some backgroundbr jobs and youre done It also depends on your operating systembr knowledge and what you know about database tuningbr There is no proof of concept since all installations are very individualbr Try to go tobr httpservicesapcomsearchbr and give tuning as the only keyword to search There are a bunch ofbr documents also on MSSQL Since these are copyrighted by SAP I justbr cant send them to youppThanks a lot Sir Markusbr How about interpreting those figures and what are the possible thingsbr to adjust or if I should transfer some background jobs on thisbr particular time Any additional reading materials you can suggestbr which I can download or if you can share docs for this issue Yesbr you are correct that the current OS and version is no longer supportedbr but I need to maintain it because we dont have budget for upgradebr Thanks for your support and I hope you can extend more to address somebr of my concernsbr nbspppThis heavily depends on your environment br nbspYou can start looking atbr ST02br OS06br ST03Nbr Take also into consideration that your OS is no longer supportedbr neither from SAP nor from Microsoft you should make plans to upgradebr at least to Windows 2000br Be also aware of the fact that you system is 32bit and you cantbr increase buffer to the necessary values since once process can use onlybr 2 GB of memory this is true for the database alsop
