# To Conducting system a the client"s place to develop "As-is requirements.
# To Design of "To-be" processes and presenting the same to client for obtaining necessary approvals
# Mapping the requirements with standard SAP functionalities and develop appropriate technical solution/approach/gap fitment. Developing/ensuring development of the custom objects
# Interfacing with HR Modules
# Working on ALV reports, Classical and Interactive reports
# To write ABAP Queries
# To Work on HR Smart forms
# Exposure on data migration / Development of program for HR functionality in Personal Administration Hiring Action using BDC (session and Call Transaction)
# To create Data Dictionary objects (tables, structures, views, lock objects, data element, and domains)
# Worked on Enhancements
# Good Knowledge on Performance Tuning and SQL Trace
# To Work on advanced technology Components like ALE, EDI, IDOC, Workflow, Business Addins, and BAPIs
# Worked on LSMW Data Migration
# Fair amount of knowledge on EP,BW, Adobe forms and Workflow
# Deployed ESS and MSS
