Essential Experience:
Role:
* Role: Analyst Programmer * Skill: SAP-ABAP-HR
Must Have:
1. 3-4 years experience in SAP ABAP-HR Development
2. Experience in sub PA, OM, PY sub-modules and data migration
3. Experience in determining suitable E2E testing strategy and creating test data
4. SAP Net Weaver: Strong understanding and knowledge of all aspects of SAP Net Weaver technologies and project planning and management are required
5. Candidate must be able to plan, design, technical configuration, development, testing, and release of SAP software
* Good to Have:
1. BW-extractor experience with ABAP
2. A deep understanding of being able to translate customer requirements, developing requirements and then validating that both the technical and functional requirements have been developed
3. Able to mentor junior team members
4. Knowledge of integration testing phases and test problem resolution of custom developments
