Specific tasks for this role are listed below:
Understanding of SAP CRM technical concepts such as BSP, Internet Communication Framework, IC Web Component Workbench, Object Oriented
Programming, Genil Layer and/or MVC architecture
Ability to configure Component Views, Business Roles, Navigation Profiles, and Partner Profiles
Understanding of the CRM integration with Service, Marketing and Sales Components
Understanding of ECC to CRM replication and SAP BDOCS
Basic understanding of ABAP and HTML languages as they apply to CRM Components
Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.x
