• Very good development and implementation experience of J2EE based applications

• Technically capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the source code maintenance and build process through use of tools
• Comfortable designing and developing Object Oriented, portal/web based applications in a complex architectural landscape
• Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects
• Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Successful track record collaborating with product owners, product managers and business SMEs to ensure delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes as a technical lead of the project
