Required Skills

SAP experience is required

8-10 years of experience in Master data with strong conversion background

Demonstrated success developing and managing a team

Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems, Data Conversion & Data
Governance

Accountable for end to end data product data conversion process.

Includes SAP data accuracy, integrity, and business ready completeness.

Act as a strong change agent; plan, communicate and execute deliverables
ensuring stakeholder alignment and project management methodology are in
the foreground.

Manage relationships with numerous Business leaders in Product Data,
Manufacturing and Legacy System Owners

Manage Data Conversion Analysts in multiple process areas; prioritize
responsibilities of Data Conversion Analysts; delegate projects as required

Responsible for Product Data design decisions, functional requirements and
conversion documentation

Drive strong partnership between Data Conversion Analysts and all other IT
teams to ensure common messaging to Business Divisions

Manage conversion projects with accountability for milestones
