JD :
- Overall Experience 3+ years of experience in SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management is must.
- Experiences with which country payrolls.
- Preferred EMEA countries, else Global payroll must (not just India)
- Hands on experience on Wagetypes, PCE classes, PCR, PCR Operations, Payroll Schema, Time Schema, General Ledger Posting and Payroll Log analysis.
- Experience in handling Legal requirements of country payroll, Tax and Pension related requirements of country worked on.
- Experience with HRSP implementation, raising OSS Notes and experience in interacting with SAP for legal solution.
- Experience in both i) Customer facing for business requirement gathering ii) configurations and customization in SAP system.
- Good communicator and Technical excellence.
- Experience in writing Functional specification documents, Blueprints, test scripts, templates, data files etc.
- Management or Lead experiences, preferred is - should have handled small group of team (atleast 3), has to be good team player, people influencing skills.
- Exposure / Experience with SAP FICO, Interfaces, LSMW, SAP ABAP debugging etc.
