Job Title : SAP HCM Functional Lead
Location : Lansing, US
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Description:The onsite HCM Functional Lead is responsible for the day to day service
delivery of all application maintenance activities related to SAP-HCM and
the related sub modules. On a daily basis, the resource will:
- Manage incidents and minor enhancement change requests
- Assign and prioritize work for the team
- Work with the offshore delivery team to ensure quality delivery
- Drive and manage minor enhancement scope, including estimating, delivery,
- status updates, etc.
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of incidents/issues
- Perform hands on changes for critical/time sensitive issues
- Meet SLA/schedule targets
- Liaise with the business/CRM and provide updates / status
- Facilitate interaction with other teams in order to resolve issues
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage issues and risks pertaining to the team
Required Skills:
- Deep SAP-HCM-Payroll IDoc processing experience. They need experience with
- Payroll IDoc configuration, troubleshooting and resolution.
- 5+ years with SAP-HCM
- Experience with OM/PA, Payroll, Benefits, Time modules (configuration of
- info types, wage types, schemas/rules)
- Some technical background is strongly preferred - ABAP HR, IDocs
- Experience providing application maintenance support
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership and management to a team
- Experience managing and working with an offshore team
- Experience with US benefits is mandatory
- Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve interface issues
