JD :
- The role of the Systems Analyst is to lead HR software implementation projects, and coordinate/complete HR implementation related activities.
- It also includes various other activities, like master data maintenance, development of training materials and business process procedures, creation and maintenance of standardized forms and maintenance of the Forms Library, support of SAP HR interfaces, and definition of business processes.
- This position will primarily be involved with HR software implementation project activities but will also need to support production issues.

Skills:-
- Responsible for planning / leading HR software implementation projects
- Ability to manage / coordinate implementation tasks with business associates
- Ability to meet timelines associated with various phases of HR implementation project
- Specialized knowledge of HR business processes
- Responsible for support of the HR business processes
- Specialized knowledge of SAP HR PA, OM, Payroll interface modules
- General knowledge of other SAP HR modules
- Willingness to learn additional HR modules as they are implemented.
- Ability to work in a very detailed-oriented capacity.
- Must be highly self motivated and self-directed.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain partnerships and good working relationship throughout Hubbell.
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism at all times.
