Role : SAP FI Project Manager
Location: Mumbai (Must be willing to travel according to project and client location
within India OR Abroad)
Manage and lead a team of functional and technical SAP Consultants to deliver the
SAP projects with desired quality within agreed time and budget resulting into high
customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.Highest customer satisfaction
2.Overall Project Management for the SAP implementation
3.Prepare project charter and baseline plan
4.Prepare detailed project plan and rolling plans
5.Prepare project budgets
6.Collections against invoices
7.Setting up review mechanism like meetings, action plans, escalations etc
8.Should be able to define standard templates for managing the project
9.Track the variances in terms of phase wise and overall project timelines and
cost with quality of deliverables desired
10.Take up corrective actions to put the project on schedule in case of variances
11.Higher level presentations to clients and management
12.Cooperation and integration with the different subproject teams.
13.Management and status reporting to the overall program management.
14.Human resource management for the project by building an united and motivated
team
15.Identify change management objective, devise methodology and effectively apply
to get the desired outputs
16.If required , should be able to parallely handle his core SAP module along with
project manager role
17.Suggest and apply best practices during implementation
18.Implement the system on production server
19.Should be ready to provide Inputs to sales and architect solutions for presales
Candidate profile:
1.Graduate/Engineer/PG (CA/ICWA/MBA)
2.PMP & SAP certification will be an advantage
3.Location : : Ready to work in any location in India & abroad
4.Preferably age group of 32-38
Experience:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of SAP experience.
At least 2 years of SAP project management experience
Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation with ASAP methodology
At least 01 full cycle implementation as Project manager or 02 implementations
at Deputy Project Manager
Preferably 2-3 years relevant domain
Preferably worked with Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry
SAP skills:
Should be aware of the standard business processes
Should have good knowledge in his core SAP module
Understanding of integration of the all SAP modules and integration with third
party s/w
Drive deliverables of each phase of implementation
Should be thorough in mapping / define org elements, Key data structure, Master
data to meet user requirement and good working knowledge to configure these masters
through IMG settings.
Guide in writing logic (Functional Specifications) for ABAP programming/ BI/BO
Preferably worked on ECC 5.0 or higher version preferably with EHP4
Tools(LSMW, BDC etc) for data migration
Additional expertise in FI is preferable
Should be aware of most of the functionalities available in SAP cockpit
Should be aware of the latest technology/ functional upgrades in SAP
Should be able to guide and get solutions from networks and sources
