JD :
- Manage implementation and knowledge transfer of Human Resource activities from HARSCO global location to GIP India office.
- Critically review and analyze current employee life cycle management procedures in order to recommend and implement changes during transition.
- Having experience in transition ofUS/Canada HR processesor been a part of transition / transited process.
- Having hands on experience on employee life cycle management (hire to retire operations)
- Ensure the human resource activities - recruitment management, on boarding, HRIS management etc is accurate and timely
- Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Establish relationship with business partners and manage their ongoing delivery of timely and high quality services.
- Ensure that internal controls are in met as per company polices
Basis Requirements :
- 2 – 4 years of experience within a shared service operations / HR outsourcing
- Hands on experience of HRIS/ ERP (like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP)
- Bachelors degree / and MBA
- Action oriented, quick learner
- Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel, Visio)
- Must be highly organized
- Must be willing to work in nightshift
- Must be fluent in English
