... Exposure to Payroll and Benefits solutions
... Experience in implementation, upgrade and support projects
... Experience writing test plans and
 test cases
... Understanding of software lifecycle methodology and information systems development
with knowledge of SAP client server IT infrastructure
... Understanding of release and change management process
