Experience and Qualifications required

* Strong coordination, time management and planning skills

business IT requirements
* Have excellent team working abilities; able to work in a large global organisation
as a team member, sharing knowledge for the benefit of the team, the service, and
the Shell Enterprise
* Able to coordinate and lead small initiative
* Champion change as the requirement for improvement
* English verbal and written communication skills Mastery
* Good technical knowledge of the IT infrastructure in use within Shell especially
where it relates to SAP landscapes and its interfaces.
* Implementation of SAP new releases and upgrades (at least 4 full cycles)
* Designing and customizing of SAP Solution Manager scenarios (eg, test management)
* In excess of 10 years working experience as Senior SAP Basis Consultant with
focus on diagnosis and analysis techniques, Systems monitoring and statistical capture
mechanisms.
* Relevant experience in SAP NetWeaver based environment especially with components
(SAP Web AS, PI)
* Excellent knowledge of the technical platform both in the SAP ABAP and Java Stack
and Operating system such as AIX and LINUX.
* Strong skills in the administration of databases (Oracle) and operating systems
(AIX and LINUX)
* High degree of flexibility, mobility and resilience
