1. Candidate should have 8+ years of total experience
2. Should have at least 7 years experience in SAP
3. Should have at least 5+ years of experience in lead or management
4. Should have wide expertise in any of the SAP Modules SD / MM / FICO / Basis / BI / BW / APO / HANA / CRM.
5. Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined by internal and customer context)
6. Should be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance from line / practice manager
7. Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality
8. Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting, project on a periodic basis
9. Will be able to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts
