Title : SAP Basis Administrator/Programmer,
Location: Collegeville,PA
Duration: 12+ months
The supplier must have proven experience in supporting complex
implementations of SAP based infrastructure solutions with diverse
knowledge/expertise of multiple SAP products, including ECC, Enterprise
Portal, BW, SRM, SCM, PI and Solution Manager is required.
Must possess a minimum of 15 years of Basis/Netweaver Administration
Previous pharmaceutical experience is also required including a basic
understanding of GXP as well as experience in performing IOQs using Good
Documentation practices.

Other duties include:
Implementing, administering and supporting SAP Netweaver J2EE/ABAP stacks
running on an AIX/Oracle platform.
SAP BASIS/Netweaver and Database administration support for all SAP and 3rd
party applications as part of the SAP solution landscape.
Implementation of standard support tools and procedures Infrastructure and
hardware implementation support Implementation, optimization and
transformation services
Planning and supporting all technical aspects of an implementation project.
Facilitate the definition of all relevant aspects of operating and
technical architecture of system
Feasibility studies on system performance and project reviews.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the implementation, the resources
may work in several areas, for example, system administration, database
administration, network administration and operating system administration.
Administration tasks include installing and upgrading SAP, applying support
packs, applying kernel upgrades, installing third party software
interfacing with SAP, participating in system copies/refreshes, performing
installation qualifications to satisfy QA requirements, and participating
in problem resolution including an on-call rotation.
Participate in any knowledge transfer sessions/workshops required Provide
guidance and offer solution to users on business problems
Able to provide alternative approaches to resolve issues
Provide routine SAP helpdesk support and support to other related business
applications
Timely response to users requests and queries
Timely completion of projects and assignments
