Job Description:
Responsibility:
    Establish / Manage HR Shared Services projects
    Managing Delivery Team of about 50 associates spread across Bangalore & Coimbatore

Experience Expectations:
    Should have hands-on experience in managing HR Shared Services operations in India
    Experience in handling large delivery team focused on HR Shared Services business
    Achieving excellence in operational management
    Effective Customer engagement - Interact, build & sustain customer relationships
    Proven capability of having managed large teams, deliver quality services at optmised cost
