- You'll act as the first point of contact for all Vodafone UK employees providing first class HR advice on all matters of HR especially focusing on policy and process queries received through telephony and email, and ensure specific individual and team service level agreements are reached.
- You'll need to assess the query and apply judgement and outline policy according to each situation.
- Using the predetermined Query and Case Management Process you'll need refer specialist queries to the relevant contact in each Centre of Expertise or Third Party, at the appropriate time.
- You'll also need to get quickly up to speed in understanding the SAP HR system, so that you can guide and support line managers and employees through the system and processes they'll need to follow, and be a strong advocate of the system to the business.
- In doing so, youll become expert in the interactions between HR SAP and other systems (both IT and other SAP workstreams such as expenses and timesheets);
- Capable both of resolving complex queries and explaining these in simple language to employees.
- In fulfilling this role, you'll bring excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver a firstclass service to all your customers.
- As an expert in both HR policies and systems, youll be expected to identify root causes of issues and take ownership of resolving these where possible, or working with your management team if necessary.
- In doing so, you'll also be expected to help your colleagues by sharing your knowledge with them and coaching them appropriately.
- You'll also develop close working relationships with internal Centres of Expertise and shared support Helpdesks to provide effective, crossfunctional support to the business, ensuring that all related processes, predefined responses, intranet content and documentation are kept up to date.
