Job Summary
The HR & Time Specialist is responsible for the deployment enhancement,
maintenance and support of the HR Time and Vendor Interfaces. This will be
accomplished by working closely with peers and the business to capture
incidents and issues submitted. The incidents will be worked and changes
delivered to the business to support the HR and Time operations. Other
responsibilities include configuring application systems to handle new
application requirements or to support changes in the Cameron
organization. Finally, documentation and training will be provided to
support the business with expertise in the new functionality or support
changes that have been implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide HR Time and Vendor Interface support.
2. Liaise with, support and Manage 3rd party providers supporting Time
operations as required, Time entry systems including Kronos, KABA, MII,
CATS.
3. Provide application technical leadership in the assigned discipline for
developments and problem solving involving a deep understanding of the SAP
application.
4. Provide outstanding customer service.
5. Provide technical level user support, and appropriate training for
current, new, or modified SAP or external business applications.
6. Examine results of any systems changes made and ensure that results are
correct before migration to the production system.
7. Monitor assigned areas to ensure production system is functioning as
designed and implemented.
8. Document new transactions and business processes.
9. Consult with the business to determine and document requirements for
modifying or creating business applications.
10. May perform project management tasks, including the production of
project specifications, project plans, and other documents.
11. May help in determining configuration changes needed due to business
acquisitions, changes in the Cameron organizational structure, or new or
enhanced SAP applications.
12. Consult with management regarding the capabilities of the existing
system and possible uses of those capabilities.
13. May consult with those responsible for EDI and XML transmission to
ensure that data in EDI or XML documents can be imported to or exported
from SAP tables. Tests successful transmission.
14. Identify and recommend new tools and procedures that will lead to
improved performance in the assigned area of responsibility.
15. Responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of
new or modified business system software supplied by other third-party
vendors.
16. Enforce Information Services (IS) guidelines and procedures, in
accordance with policies set forth by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

At least 5 years practical business experience managing Human Resources or
IT processes
Customer service oriented
Bachelor degree in a related field
Demonstrated expertise in change management
Excellent English language capabilities
Preferred Skills

Experience with Six Sigma methodologies highly preferred
Proven organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
SAP literate, especially HR and Time functions
Analytical with problem solving skills

High degree of business acumen - ability to understand the details of a
project as well as the context in which the project is taking place
Ability to travel at least 30% but at times as much as 50% of the time,
mostly internationally
