Duration: 10-12 months on-site (Ability to extend 2-3 years off-site)

Role :
Assist with User Acceptance Testing in preparation for Business go-live.
Provide on-going user support after go-live.
Review issues and research resolution options.
Make configuration changes to implement resolution.
