Job Description:

Work Location: Bangalore

·         The Technical Developer is responsible for guiding the overall   design, developing standards and the day-to-day development of new code   within their area of expertise.

·         This includes, but is not limited to, working with the   functional and processes, analyzing program requirements, development of   requirements, supporting off shore development efforts and the completion of   test plans.

·         To qualify at least 3 years of experience developing HCM   solutions on SAP ECC 6.0: HR Modules such as Payroll, Personnel Management   and Benefits. - ESS and MSS experience is a plus

Essential Functions:

·         Participating with the design teams, business stakeholders and   architecture groups to develop solution roadmaps to support the client's   business innovation and growth

·         Collaborate with the design team on developing a strategy for   introducing new technical features within your area of expertise.

·         Responsible for providing technical leadership in area of   domain expertise.

·         Responsible for working with the team members to develop   standards and best practices for implementing and supporting new development   and technologies.

·         Responsible for developing and overseeing the development of   technical solutions to meet business requirements.

·         Work as a key project resource taking day-to-day work direction   and accepting accountability for technical aspects of development, including   guiding and auditing the work of contract resources

·         Accountability/Supervision: - Receives general   direction/supervision from management.

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer   Science, or related field

·         6 years minimum of IT related experience or the equivalent   combination of education and experience.

·         5+ years of related development/project experience with HCM   & PI

·         5+ years of SAP based development including high level of ABAP   development expertise.

·         Including but not limited to: Dialog Programming, ALV Reports

·         Working with Authorization Objects, working knowledge of Object   Oriented methodology.

·         Demonstrated success in utilizing new SAP development   technologies to deliver valuable business solutions

·         Demonstrated technical and leadership experience of a   development group and/or project

·         Ability to translate client requirements into a feasible design   solution.

·         Demonstrated experience working on large projects in a team   environment.

·         Ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts (customer   issues, prototyping/architecture, implementation etc).

·         Able to independently tackle complex assignments with   significant initial ambiguity

·         Solid understanding of relational databases and database design   fundamentals, with experience in Oracle preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

·         Experience in SAP development using ALE/IDOC, RFC.

·         Experience and/training in user interaction design.

·         Experience working with an off-shore development team.
