JOB TITLE: As per Work Experience
JOB SUMMARY: To Identify and resolve issues with applications, following agreed procedures, application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics & to execute agreed applications maintenance tasks. Its Primary Role will be in Support and Enhancement of existing product / applications for UK Customers. The Work timing will be UK Business Hours. ( 12:30 pm / 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm / 10:30 pm )
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
· Qualifications: Engineering graduate/and /or/MCA/ Bachelor degree (B.SC – IT, BCS, BCA), MBA, Accounts
· Experience: 4 - 9 + Years of relevant experience
· Professional skills: functional and configuration support, Change and incident.
· Essentials - SAP Payroll (UK/Payroll), PA/OM/PD, ESS/MSS
· Desirable - SAP Certified training, SAP E-Recruitment, LSO and ESI.
· Additional requirements – (Passport/Driving license etc.)
