· Experience in Installations of SAP ECC-6 EHP-5, in UNIX/Linux
environment & Oracle 11g.
· Experience and hands-on knowledge on trouble shooting the Linux &
Oracle related basic issues.
· CCMS configuration for central monitoring
· Experience with backup and restore techniques using standard
tools.
· Experience in support pack, add -on upgrades using SPAM, SAINT,
EHPI Tools.
· Authorization & User Management in complex and globalize
SAP security
Environment.
· Spool Administration using different printing methods /techniques.
· Background Job processing, scheduling the SAP standard jobs,
trouble shooting background job failures.
· Experience in SAP System Monitoring and Profile maintenance & RFC
configuration and maintenance.
· Experience in SAP performan

· Support & Maintenance – Knowledge transfer & System appreciation.
· Solution Definition – Design of service delivery components,
Solution evaluation and recommendation.
