Job Description:
Year of Experience: 4 to 5 yrs in SAP
The primary SAP areas of focus will include Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management.
This position leverages best practices to deliver the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support activities associated with the implementation of approved Human Capital Management systems and solutions (primarily SAP R/3) aligned to the Shire Global HR process needs.
The incumbent will follow all relevant SOPs to ensure compliancy with security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent will work collaboratively with the global Information Technology Department Global HR Team, and parts of the Business HR Teams.
Work collaboratively with identified HR Team, IT Business Relationship Managers, and "Super Users" to identify exploitation opportunities for enhancement of business processes
