JD:
TL
7 to 8  JD for TL level BPC:  as a BPC TL you should be able to participate in
requirement gathering , business blue print, conference room pilots for our
clients actively you should have technical ability to understand BPC environment
thoroughly well  should understand all the technology pieces like scripting BI
modeling, ECC environment, ETL, reporting tools, EVDRE, User Exits, ABAP, BAPI,
BADI fairly well to come out with right technical specifications for the client
and must have mastery over at least  areas e.g. ABAP, BI, BPC reporting, BPC
configurations, Finance domain, Planning & Consolidation value flows, interfaces
 should have done at least 1 complete life cycle implementation for either
Planning or  Consolidation in BPC you should also posses fairly good client
handling skills , people & project management skills.  You should be avid reader
and keen learner to up skill yourself constantly in BPC space  You should know the
business
 processes in planning and consolidation

AM 9+  JD for AM / M  BPC:  as a BPC senior SME or BPC senior team lead you should be
able to drive the entire project in on site or off shore capacity. Drive
requirement gathering , business blue print, conference room pilots for our
clients actively you should have technical ability to understand BPC environment
thoroughly well  should understand all the technology pieces like scripting BI
modeling, ECC environment, ETL, reporting tools, EVDRE, User Exits, ABAP, BAPI,
BADI fairly well to come out with right technical specifications for the clkient
and must have mastery over at least  areas e.g. ABAP, BI, BPC reporting, BPC
configurations, Finance domain, Planning & Consolidation value flows, interfaces
 should have done at least  complete life cycle implementation for Planning as
well as   Consolidation in BPC you should also posses excellent client handling
skills , people & project management skills.  You should be avid reader and keen
learner to
 up skill yourself constantly in BPC space  You should know the business processes
in planning and consolidation  You should be in a position to architect a planning
or consolidation solution taking all aspects of sales cycle, client engagements,
deliverability of solution, staffing, infrastructure , BPC landscape, project
commercials etc
