Job Description -->SAP ABAP(L2)-Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and is ableto map the requirements to prepare Technical specification . Implements thesolution based on technical specification and and resolves issues independantlyin the areas of own skills. Good knowledge about quality process and also guidethe team- mates in using the various quality tools. Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants and support them in developing solutions. AlongwithBasic ABAP capabilities , candidate must have basic knowledge in one of theother areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basicknowledge of ALE/ IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4.Smart forms 5. ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have atleast 2 - 4years of experience in SAP ABAP and has atleast 2 implementation projects\'experience and/or has exposure to support projects. -->SAP ABAP HR(L2)-Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and is ableto map the requirements to prepare Technical specification . Knowledge about Payroll, Time Management, Payroll Driver Program,Uploading time data(CATS), Running the payroll. Good knowledge about theBenefits Module, Payroll Related Infotypes, Payroll status record, Payrollcontrol record, Posting data to FI. ALE/IDOC, BADI\'s related to Benefits/TimeManegement/Payroll. Knowledge about HR Upgrade project and Unicode Conversion. -->SAP ABAP-Web Dynpro(L3)-
Roles & Responsibilities Should be able to lead and manage project execution modules bringing in technical, functional, process or other core ERP product created expertise. Should be able to lead small cross functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite an offshore.
