Relevant Experience has to be only in IT sector
Knowledge of contemporary human resources principles practices and processes.
Working knowledge of state regulations affecting human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence human resource decision-makers.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment.
Joining Formalities.
Handling Employee Database.
Leaves and Attendance Management.
Handling the payroll statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/LWF/ Professional Tax/TDS etc.)
Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.
Liaison with various government organizations for Employee Provident Funds,
ESI and other Retirement Benefits.
