Job duties include:
SAP BW Business Analyst
MUST have strong BA skills in SAP BW environment
MUST have great communication skills with good executive presence
Responsibilities:
IN the context of reporting –
Facilitate sessions with business user to define requirements, document
those requirements.
Facilitate sessions with business users to define future state processes
and document those processes.
Participate in the recommendations of technology use, gap analysis between
tools capabilities and desired requirements, and resolution of the gaps
through process or technology.
Document all processes including interactions with the tools or with other
users.
Risk identification
Participate in project or solution testing including any of the following;
identifying test scenarios, writing test scripts, and executing some test
scripts to ensure requirements have been met.
Provide input to organizational change management in the form of
assessments of readiness for business to change, impacts to business users,
key messages to facilitate understanding for the business users of the
changes.
Provide status reporting as required to the project manager and direct
supervisor.
Skill Level:
Expert in business analysis – 5+ yrs working medium to large projects,
worked on multiple projects specifically as a business analyst, may have
lead teams of analysts Participation in multiple projects in any capacity
through full software development lifecycle
Ability to apply technical knowledge to business situations
Strong communication skills
Ability to facilitate groups up to 25 business persons,
Ability to facilitate meeting where participants have disparate goals or
functions within the business,
Ability to communicate effectively with individual contributors up to
Director level personnel.
