• Should be able to own a change end to end - should have worked on requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation and warranty support
• Knowledge of BPS architecture and modeling tools
• Must have BPS experience, preferably on change activity
• Knowledge of BI 7.0 configuration requirements, process, and tools
• Must have BI 7.0 experience along with data modeling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\\Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good client interaction skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Root cause analysis & Defect resolution skills
