- Coordinate and work with user in activities related to setting up new SAP system and Business Development & CRM modules.
- Perform SAP Business Development & CRM functions & features analysis to identify gap and suggest the possible solutions.
- Establish and setup SAP Business Development & CRM system configurations and application modules.
- Identify and setup user roles and user accounts to ensure effective and secure access control to SAP Business Development & CRM system and application modules.
- Design training plans and schedules to provide training to all users when needed.
- Identify reporting requirements from departments and ensure must have reports are available in the newly setup ERP system.
- Design and develop user customized reports.
- Perform testing of applications, enhancements, reports, and data conversion.
- Reporting directly to Assistant Manager-ERP
