Experience: 6+ Years
Primary Skill Requirement
Experience 6 to 8 years in SAP ERP implementation/Support/Roll-out with at least
3 years of SAP SRM experience and exposure to SAP MM
At least 1 E2E implementation is a must.
One to two years of experience in Materials purchasing/stores/logistics is
desired.
Good oral and written communication is a must.
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for resolution of complex / high priority Tickets raised by the
users as per the SLA.
Carry out RCA for the issues and suggest remedial measures.
Prepare necessary documentation related to resolution of issues as per the
agreement.
Impart sufficient training to new client users and /or new members of the
support team, as per the agreement.
Investigate frequent occurrences of issues and take necessary remedial action.
SRM specific skills:
Experience in working on
Extended classic / De coupled scenarios,
MDM
workflow
Self Service Procurement/ Operational/ Consumable Procurement
Catalogue Mgmt
Category Management ( custom made )
shopping cart approval Process
PO Amendment and electronic transmission / xml outputs
Goods Receipt Process
Contract management
SAP portal
